Their platform combines large language models, search infrastructure, and proprietary data pipelines to help professionals find, understand, and act on complex information at scale.

The Opportunity

Every AI-driven workflow is only as strong as the data underneath it.

This role is focused on building and improving the platform responsible for ingesting, processing, organizing, and surfacing massive volumes of structured and unstructured information. You'll own the infrastructure that powers search, retrieval, knowledge discovery, and agent workflows across the product.

Rather than sitting within a single product team, you'll operate across multiple systems and collaborate closely with teams responsible for AI, data, platform engineering, and customer-facing applications.

What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for critical infrastructure spanning ingestion, processing, indexing, and search. Success is measured by how effectively downstream AI systems can leverage the information you provide.
• Partner with AI and product teams to develop architectures that support advanced workflows, autonomous agents, and data-driven applications.
• Contribute to backend systems, distributed services, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and production data pipelines.
• Help shape architecture, scalability, and platform strategy. Engineers are trusted to make meaningful decisions around infrastructure, cloud resources, and system design.
• Design solutions capable of handling large volumes of data, high-throughput workloads, and complex search requirements.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems to assess search quality, data accuracy, retrieval performance, and overall platform effectiveness.
