AI Lead Developer

We are looking for a strong hands-on Generative AI Technologist with extensive experience in designing, developing and supporting Generative AI applications. You should be results oriented, comfortable working as part of an Agile team, and thrive on participating in the development of systems that are of high quality.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• BS/BE degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

• Hands-on Technologist with 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and supporting enterprise applications end-to-end.

• In-depth understanding and extensive experience in designing and developing complex web applications, using the modern web application development technologies and frameworks.

• Strong hands-on experience in developing large scale complex software solutions using Object Oriented Programming languages and related technologies and frameworks.

• Experience with developing Generative AI Applications

• Programming experience in developing Python based Enterprise applications.

• Experience in creating Agentic AI Systems

• Strong understanding in Multi-Agent architecture design and development

• Should know workflow orchestration

• Worked with Agentic frameworks like langchain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen

• Prompt engineering and prompt optimization

• Worked in RAG systems and with Vector databases

• Good to have - understanding of guardrails, observability

• Experience in developing web services using standard Java based frameworks/toolkits (REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML).

• Develop standards/practices that will increase Devops, cloud adoption, and Agile

• Excellent communications, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects.

• Involvement in full Software Development Life Cycle of the project.
