Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Developer to join our team in a dynamic, learning-focused environment. This role is focused on leveraging advanced AI tools to build intelligent agents and automate critical workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations that connect AI agents with core enterprise systems to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: Utilize Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio to create, deploy, and manage intelligent agents that interface with organizational data sources, including mailboxes, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Workflow Integration: Build and maintain robust connectors to MS Dynamics to automate the parsing of communications and ensure seamless updates to CRM systems.
• Transaction Analysis: Develop solutions for analyzing Foreign Central Bank transactions to identify anomalies and generate automated summaries of findings.
• AI & ML Implementation: Apply Machine Learning algorithms and integrate with AWS Bedrock API and the Domino Data Science platform to enhance automation capabilities.
• Technical Collaboration: Bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical execution, working in an environment that prioritizes continuous learning and innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building integrations and leveraging AI Studio/Agent platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency with MS Co-Pilot Studio and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience working with Machine Learning algorithms and deploying models in production environments.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock API and the Domino platform.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and anomaly detection.
• Work Authorization: Must be a US Resident for the last 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with Databricks.
