The Role:

As an AI Native Product Engineer & Orchestrator, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and AI. You will help design and deliver agent-based systems that operate reliably at enterprise scale, while working closely with stakeholders to shape both the technical and business direction of solutions.

This is a hands-on role where you will build, design, and orchestrate AI-native products while also guiding clients through complex decisions around architecture, workflows, and adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and orchestrating AI-native workflows and agent-based systems
• Building enterprise-grade AI agents, including orchestration, routing and evaluation frameworks
• Developing abstraction layers across multiple AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google
• Creating scalable cloud-native applications using microservices, containers, and serverless architectures
• Leading workshops, proofs of concept and client-facing solution design sessions
• Translating business requirements into technical architectures and product roadmaps
• Measuring and improving system performance, including accuracy, latency, and cost

What They’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud-native engineering (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless)
• Strong experience building and deploying AI or agent-based systems in production
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex AI
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar technologies
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code and production deployments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders
• A product mindset, combining technical delivery with user-focused thinking

Nice to Have

• Experience as a Product Engineer, Solutions Architect, or AI Engineer in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of advanced AI architectures such as multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks
• Experience across multiple industries such as finance, healthcare or retail
• Exposure to innovation environments such as startups, hackathons or product incubation
