The company:

A seed-stage startup building something genuinely new in health tech. The goal is a reasoning engine that drafts safe, evidence-based medical protocols. Think Doctor AI — but built properly, from first principles.

The founding team is small, technical, and moving fast. This is a role where your code ships to users and your decisions shape the product

The work:

You'll own the ML layer end to end — from research to production. Concretely

• Build and improve recommendation systems and biomarker estimation models across video, audio, and text modalities
• Work on a multimodal digital twin dataset unlike anything in the market
• Push deep learning models into production and keep them there
• Design the next iteration of the core reasoning engine — a conversational medical agent built on top of the data layer
• Drive AI adoption across the company

Who fits:

• 4+ years industry experience (or PhD + 1+ year)
• MSc in ML, Statistics, Computer Science or related
• Strong Python, PyTorch, git — and the discipline to write production-grade code
• Experience with agentic architectures and modern AI tooling
• Signal processing and/or recommendation systems background
• Worked in a startup or high-ownership environment before
• Biomedical background is a plus — but curiosity about health impact matters more
