Full Stack Software Engineer

We’re looking for a product minded Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Product and Innovations team.

The role

We are seeking a talented and driven Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and take ownership of critical features across our growing ecosystem of applications.

You will play a key role in building and scaling complex, multi-tenant AI-powered platforms – such as our current work in automated brand management and content governance. Your work will sit at the intersection of modern web development and AI, combining robust visual studios, AI workflows engineers, scalable APIs, and custom orchestration servers.

In this role, you will work across the full stack, owning features end-to-end, from designing the database schema to polishing the UI, while contributing to the robust infrastructure that keeps our applications running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain features across a modern React/Next.js frontend and a NestJS backend.
• AI Engineering: Design and evolve sophisticated AI workflows and agent pipelines utilizing frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. Work directly with custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for advanced AI tool orchestration.
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate with LLMs, image generation models, and other advanced AI and media APIs.
• Database Management: Maintain and evolve database schemas using modern ORMs and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Infrastructure & Queues: Manage complex background jobs and queues. Handle robust file and media storage using cloud providers like AWS and Azure.
• DevOps & Testing: Contribute to container configurations and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Ensure platform stability by writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end test.

Requirements

Frontend & Core Technologies:

• Deep expertise in React and Next.js (Specifically utilizing modern routing, Server Components, and catching strategies).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript (we write clean, robust code with strict type safety).
• Advanced styling skills using utility-first CSS frameworks (like Tailwind CSS) and experience with headless component design.
• Proven ability to implement scalable state management pattern in large, complex frontend applications.

Backend & Architecture

• Solid experience with Node.js backend framework (NestJS strongly preferred). Bonus if you have experience with .Net
• Familiarity with relational databases and modern ORM concepts
• Understanding of modern queuing systems and containerization deployments.
• Hands-on experience building and orchestrating LLM applications and agentic workflows (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Experience with Apache + PHP (Codeigniter Framework knowledge advantageous).
