About The RoleWe are building a pipeline of talented Salesforce Agentforce Consultants and Service Designers to support upcoming opportunities across our Salesforce and AI transformation programs.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and Salesforce delivery, focusing on designing and implementing intelligent, scalable, and user-centric solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver AI-powered Agentforce solutions and customer journeys
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs
Lead journey mapping and process design workshops, shaping customer experience outcomes
Design AI workflows, prompts, and conversational experiences
Create key delivery artefacts (process maps, user stories, high-level designs)
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and AI teams to deliver integrated solutions
Support testing, UAT, and ongoing optimisation of deployed solutions
Build strong client relationships and contribute to successful project deliveryWhat We’re Looking ForExperience working across Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in solution design, business analysis, or consulting roles
Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
Understanding or exposure to AI / GenAI / LLM conceptsNice to HaveExperience with Agentforce, conversational design, or AI assistants
Financial Services industry experience
Knowledge of integrations (e.g. MuleSoft, ETL tools)
Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or HTML
