AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training.
• Develop and optimize predictive and analytical models.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Monitor and maintain model performance and retrain models as required.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning technologies.
• Document processes, models, and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related domains.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
