ARE YOU READY to step into the
New Era (NewRA) of
AI-driven banking?
At Accenture Newra AI Hub, we are not just building technology, we are redefining how banking operates. As part of our strategic collaboration with Piraeus, Newra is designed to responsibly embed AI at the core of its business, moving beyond experimentation to real-world impact at scale. Built to make a real difference, Newra reflects our belief that AI creates value only when it genuinely improves people’s lives.
You will work on advanced AI solutions that span the full spectrum of the bank -from core banking systems to customer experience- simplifying complexity, automating critical processes and delivering measurable results where they matter most.
Joining Newra means becoming part of a high-performing team of innovators at the beginning of a major reinvention. This is a space for people who approach AI with depth, discipline and purpose. You will collaborate across disciplines, develop future-proof skills, and help turn technology into real-world transformation.
You’ll work at the frontier of human-and-machine delivery, designing and shipping production-grade LLM and agentic systems for a leading bank. You prototype fast with AI copilots and vibe-coding workflows, own the full stack, and know when to experiment and when to harden. You work alongside autonomous agents, product teams, and fellow engineers across the entire SDLC, turning frontier model capabilities into measurable business impact.
What You'll Build
LLM and agent apps: LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel — wired into banking systems
Multi-agent orchestration: planning, reasoning, tool calling, memory, HITL
Secure agent ecosystems via MCP and A2A
RAG pipelines with pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate and hybrid search
REST APIs and microservices exposing LLM capabilities to downstream integrations
Guardrails and eval frameworks (RAGAS, LLM-as-judge) for safe, accurate outputs
Domain fine-tuning for compliance, loan origination, and customer insights
Intelligent doc processing, conversational assistants, automated reportingWhat We NeedB.Sc. M.Sc. (or PhD) in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong Python (FastAPI / Django); Java or Node.js a plus
Hands-on with LLM apps and agentic systems (RAG, multi-agent, GenAI automation)
Deep grasp of agentic concepts: tool use, planning, reasoning, memory, HITL
Anthropic and Azure OpenAI SDKs; prompt engineering (few-shot, CoT, structured outputs)
LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Anthropic Managed Agents
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
Comfortable validating and improving AI-generated code using AI copilotsNice to have:MCP and A2A hands-on; Azure AI Foundry deployments
Observability: LangSmith, Langfuse, W&B, MLflow; fine-tuning: LoRA, PEFT
