We’re working with a global, product-led technology organisation operating at significant scale across multiple international markets. Their platforms process high-volume behavioural and transactional data to power real-time digital experiences and optimise performance across marketing and product areas.

The Data Science team focuses on applying machine learning to ranking, recommendation, and yield optimisation problems where user behaviour directly drives commercial outcomes.

💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and refining predictive models for ranking, recommendation, and yield optimisation
• Applying ML and statistical techniques to large-scale behavioural datasets
• Driving feature engineering and defining core data concepts for feature stores
• Running offline model evaluation, experimentation, and performance diagnostics
• Identifying opportunities to expand ML across business and product areas
• Translating business questions into robust modelling approaches and insights

🛠️ What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in Data Science / ML modelling roles
• Strong foundation in machine learning & statistical modelling (classification, regression, ranking)
• Experience with recommendation, ranking, or personalisation systems
• Strong Python skills (scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift etc.)
