WORK YOU'LL DO
As part of Accenture Data & AI practice, specialized in AI (our general term for deep learning, NLP, computer vision, chatbots, VA and robotics), you will be responsible for building and deploying new AI solutions for Accenture’s clients to improve various business outcomes and drive innovation. The opportunities to make a difference within exciting client initiatives are unlimited in the ever-changing technology landscape. You will also be part of a growing network of technology experts who are highly collaborative taking on today’s biggest, most complex business challenges.
As an AI Foundational Model Analyst, you will:
Develop, test and deploy Generative & Agentic AI applications, including agent-based workflows.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic workflows and help optimize prompts for different use cases.
Experiment with prompting strategies (e.g., few-shot, chain-of-thought) and interact with open-source LLMs under the guidance of senior AI engineers.
Collaborate with AI engineers and software developers to deploy AI models into cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in programming or working with Data & AI projects (internships, university projects, or self-driven learning).
Demonstrated knowledge of programming in Python and/or other programming languages like Java.
Familiarity with Machine Learning, Transformers, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts (e.g., fine-tuning, prompt-engineering, interacting with both open-source & general-purpose AI systems) and a strong curiosity to learn more – hands-on experience will be considered a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a collaborative, global team.Preferred QualificationsAbility to think creatively to solve real world business problems
