Responsibilities
- Design conversational flows and AI agent behaviors
- Create and improve prompts, instructions, and AI playbooks
- Define fallback logic and clarification flows
- Improve AI response quality, consistency, and trustworthiness
- Work closely with engineers to optimize RAG and retrieval behavior
- Create evaluation scenarios and test cases
- Identify hallucinations, edge cases, and weak responses
- Translate business/client requirements into AI interaction logic
- Help structure multilingual AI experiences (Greek & English)
- Improve conversational UX and assistant personality
- Participate in AI product ideation and prototyping
- Help prepare AI solutions for client delivery and production rollout
- Experience working with AI tools, LLMs, or conversational AI systems
- Strong understanding of prompting and AI behavior design
- Ability to think structurally about conversations and user intent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and edge cases
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM platforms
- Experience with RAG / AI search systems
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or AI orchestration concepts
- Experience with chatbot/conversational UX design
- Product or UX background
- Technical understanding of APIs and AI workflows
- Experience testing AI systems and creating evaluation datasets
