🛠️ What you will be doing:

• Design, fine-tune and deploy generative AI models and LLM-powered applications
• Conduct research and experiment with emerging Generative AI techniques, tools, architectures and automation frameworks, translating business needs into scalable AI-powered solutions
• Design, implement and optimize AI-driven workflows that automate processes and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications
• Implement prompt engineering, model optimization and evaluation strategies
• Develop data and model pipelines to support the training, deployment and lifecycle management of AI models
• Monitor model performance, reliability and scalability, continuously improving accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with stakeholders – internal and external – including business analysts, IT teams, project managers, data scientists and engineers to understand data and business needs as well as recommend appropriate AI technologies, frameworks and architectures
• Contribute to R&D strategy and innovation, staying up to date with the latest technological advancements, sharing knowledge and supporting delivery and pre-sales activities

🔍 What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree in related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant, demonstrable experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Automation or Predictive Analytics, with a strong understanding in end-to-end AI models development
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with some AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn
• Experience with Generative AI models including LLMs
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Experience with MLOps / LLMOps practices including model versioning, monitoring and lifecycle management
• Strong experience in data preprocessing, including cleaning, curating and preparing large datasets for model training
• Demonstrated understanding of big data technologies and core data engineering principles, including data pipelines, data lakes and distributed processing frameworks
• Working experience with Microsoft Azure Technology or Databricks or similar technology
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ask the right questions, connect insights and identify hidden opportunities in data
• Clear and concise communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and stakeholders
• Innovation-driven mindset, fostering exploratory thinking and a passion for discovering novel solutions
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
