For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!
Tasks
- Design, develop, test, and orchestrate scalable Generative AI services, chatbots, and autonomous AI agents using modern AI frameworks.
- Deploy, operate, and maintain LLM infrastructures in a secure on-premise environment using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and resource management for AI applications.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines connected to internal knowledge bases.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools to provide secure and standardized interfaces between AI models and internal systems.
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with Airbus Defence and Space security and compliance standards.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for internal users and development teams.
- Contribute to the AI roadmap by developing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for new AI use cases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Proven experience developing LLM applications, chatbots, and AI agents.
- Experience with LLM inference frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang).
- Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Qdrant, Chroma).
- Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks and modern AI development tools.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and management of on-premise AI infrastructures.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts in containerized environments.
- Experience with Git version control (branching strategies, code reviews).
- Basic experience with RAG architectures and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a strong advantage.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools for server environments is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles for AI systems.
- Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks is desirable.
- Fluent German and good English communication skills.
