The Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our founding team. You will focus on building automated systems that refine and validate code for specialized hardware environments. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working deep within the stack to solve performance bottleneck challenges.

Core Skill Requirements

• Hardware-Aware AI: Experience with evolutionary algorithms, search-based optimization, or reinforcement learning applied to systems.
• GPU & Parallel Computing: Deep technical proficiency in CUDA kernels, GPU memory management, and multi-core CPU tuning.
• Model Efficiency: Practical experience with quantization (INT8/FP16), pruning, and optimizing workloads for edge devices.
• Verification: Familiarity with developing automated test suites to ensure functional equivalence and mathematical correctness.

Soft Skills & Attitude

• Intellectual Rigor: You value "proven correct" over "probably works" and are obsessed with eliminating hallucinations in engineering output.
