BLUE FOX GROUP

AI Implementation Strategist

Remote — Anywhere in the World| Full-Time or Part-Time

Blue Fox Group is your trusted guide in IT — a Managed Services Provider headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. We make technology simple and straightforward for the businesses we serve through our managed IT services. We’re more than service providers — we’re a pack you can rely on. Join our pack, and let’s grow together.

The Role

AI is changing how our clients run their businesses, and we need someone who can turn that potential into working, secure, real-world implementations. This role lives at the intersection of business and technology: you understand financial accounting — income statements, depreciation, how finance drives decisions — and you know how to write scripts and work with technical systems. You don’t have to be deep in either one. You have to know both. That combination is what makes this role work — and what makes it rare.

You’ll implement AI solutions for our clients and for Blue Fox Group itself: connecting AI platforms to business systems through MCP servers, wiring up authentication and identity, writing the scripts that glue it all together, and sitting across the table (or the video call) from business owners, explaining it in plain language.

This position can be based anywhere in the world. What matters is that you’re smart, curious, and can deliver.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement AI solutions (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and similar platforms) for clients and internal teams.
  • Build, configure, and connect MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to integrate AI with business applications and data.
  • Configure authentication and identity for AI deployments — Active Directory / Entra ID, Google Workspace, single sign-on (SSO), and SCIM provisioning.
  • Register and manage applications in Microsoft Entra ID — app registrations, enterprise applications, application (client) IDs, and API permissions/consent.
  • Write scripts to automate workflows and connect systems.
  • Design and refine prompts so AI tools produce reliable, useful results.
  • Map business processes with clients — understand how their operations and finances work, then translate that into AI workflows that create measurable value.
  • Document what you build so it lasts and others can support it.

What You Need

  • Scripting: you can write and troubleshoot scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
  • MCP servers: you understand what they are and how to deploy and connect them.
  • Authentication: working knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID or Google identity.
  • SSO & SCIM: you understand how single sign-on and SCIM user provisioning work.
  • Entra ID applications: hands-on experience with app registrations and enterprise applications — you know what an application (client) ID is, how service principals work, and how to grant and scope permissions.
  • AI experience: at least 6 months of hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT.
  • Prompting: you know how to get great results out of AI — and can teach others to do the same.
  • Exceptional ability to learn quickly: AI is a fast-changing environment — the tools, models, and best practices shift constantly. What you master this quarter will evolve by the next, and you have to be able to keep up.
  • Financial accounting fluency: you understand how a business works — what an income statement is, what depreciation means, how finance shapes decisions — so you can speak the language of the people you’re helping. You don’t need to be an accountant, and you don’t need to be a full-time programmer. You need working command of both.

Education & Experience

A degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a similar program that blends business and technology is a strong fit — these programs combine low-level programming with accounting, finance, and business operations, which is exactly the mix this role needs. Equivalent knowledge gained on your own counts just as much. Recent graduates are welcome if you meet the requirements above.

The Details

  • Location: fully remote — anywhere in the world. (Phoenix / Scottsdale locals welcome too.)
  • Schedule: full-time or part-time — we’ll shape the role around the right person.
  • Compensation: discussed during the interview process.
