What You Will Be Responsible For,
- Develop and own an AI concept for significantly improving ASH processes over outreach, mapping, and testing
- Collaborate with both ASH PD and ASH Service Execution to ensure the ASH target operating model aligns with the target AI architecture
- Design and implement AI agents that can execute multi-step workflows, use tools, and operate with appropriate human oversight
- Build and maintain RAG-based solutions over internal knowledge sources, documentation, operational procedures, and integration-related content
- Integrate LLM-powered capabilities with enterprise systems and workflows using APIs, databases, structured files, and automation services
- Develop production-grade backend services in Python, including API layers, orchestration logic, validation, and error handling
- Evaluate and improve AI solution quality through testing, monitoring, observability, regression checks, and output evaluation
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational pain points into practical AI use cases with measurable value
- Support secure and responsible deployment of AI solutions, including governance, privacy, and operational risk awareness
- Contribute to reusable engineering patterns, internal standards, and best practices for enterprise AI development
- 3+ years experience in designing agentic workflows
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, backend engineering, or integration engineering, with extensive practical delivery in production environments
- Experience in the buy side around trading and post-trade processes
- Exposure to AI governance or responsible AI controls in enterprise environments
- Experience with cloud AI services, containerization, or deployment platforms such as Docker and managed AI services, as well as building chatbots/conversational AI solutions
- Experience in prompt engineering and AI response optimization, designing AI-driven workflows, and using AI for document processing, classification, and decisioning
- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Anthropic Claude, Power Automate (cloud flows, AI Builder, approvals, integrations), or Power Apps (basic to intermediate)
- Experience integrating AI/ML models (e.g., Azure OpenAI, GPT APIs)
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations, as well as data sources like Snowflake, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL
- Experience with structured data formats such as XML, CSV, file-based interfaces, and enterprise workflow automation
- Solid proficiency in Python for application development, integration, and automation
- Practical experience with monitoring, evaluation, debugging, and reliability in production systems
Hybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office)
