Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. You will work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI applications that integrate seamlessly with modern data platforms and lakehouse architectures.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and operationalize machine learning models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation.
• Develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and lakehouse architectures using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Develop feature engineering pipelines and support scalable model inference.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization.
• Ensure AI solutions are production-ready with proper logging, monitoring, documentation, and governance.
• Translate AI model outputs into actionable business insights and support downstream analytics and reporting.
• Promote Responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, explainability, and compliance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Practical experience building Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Databricks.
• Familiarity with MLflow, Model Registry, Delta Lake, and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience implementing MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience using Git and Azure DevOps for source control and Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow data and enterprise operational analytics.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and AI governance.
• Experience integrating AI models into enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Exposure to cloud-native AI architectures and large-scale enterprise data environments.
