Key Responsibilities

• Model Development & Optimization
• Design, train, fine-tune, and validate machine learning (ML) and deep learning models, including generative AI (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and recommendation systems.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract insights and ensure data quality for model training.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency (e.g., model compression, hardware acceleration).
• Solution Deployment & Integration
• Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, including CI/CD workflows for seamless deployment.
• Integrate AI models into existing systems, applications, or APIs (e.g., integrating LLMs with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or custom software).
• Implement monitoring systems to track model performance, reliability, and drift in production.
• Collaboration & Strategy
• Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business stakeholders) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
