We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join an innovative team delivering enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions across Europe. You will work on designing, developing and deploying production-ready AI applications, collaborating with data, cloud and software engineering teams to build scalable solutions for global organisations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions.
• Build and optimise Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and APIs.
• Work with vector databases and embedding models.
• Deploy applications using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Monitor, evaluate and improve AI model performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' commercial experience in AI, Machine Learning or Data Engineering.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or open-source LLMs.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Experience building RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI evaluation techniques.
• Experience with SQL and data processing.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and Git.
• Experience deploying solutions in AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
• MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow or Vertex AI.
• Vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma or Qdrant.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience developing AI copilots or autonomous AI agents.
