About the Role

Join an exciting project where you'll design and build cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions, including AI Agents, Copilots, and autonomous workflows. You'll work on end-to-end AI systems, from data ingestion and model orchestration to deployment, monitoring, and production optimisation, delivering innovative AI solutions that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and develop AI Agents, Copilots, and autonomous workflows

✅ Build LLM-based applications using RAG, APIs, embeddings, and vector databases

✅ Develop scalable AI pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment

✅ Implement multi-step reasoning and intelligent decision-making workflows

✅ Apply LLMOps/MLOps best practices for reliable AI solutions

✅ Monitor and optimise AI performance across quality, latency, cost, and accuracy

✅ Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver enterprise AI use cases

✅ Stay updated with the latest advancements in Agentic AI and the LLM ecosystem

Required Skills

✔ Strong Python development experience

✔ Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases

✔ Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks

✔ Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures, tool integration, memory, and planning

✔ Experience building APIs and integrating AI into enterprise applications

✔ Understanding of SQL, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architectures

✔ Familiarity with AI evaluation, LLMOps, and MLOps practices

✔ Excellent communication skills and fluent English

Nice to Have

• German language skills

• Experience with additional AI orchestration frameworks

• Exposure to enterprise-scale AI platforms and integrations
