Artificial Intelligence Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: AI-Native Software Engineer | Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a strong AI-Native Software Engineer with hands-on experience building production-grade RAG, LLM and Agentic AI solutions.

This role is ideal for a software engineer who can design scalable AI systems, build multi-agent workflows, integrate enterprise APIs and critically review AI-generated code before it reaches production.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

🏢 Work Model: 5 days work from office

💼 Employment: Full-time

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Must-have skills

✅ Strong hands-on experience in RAG and LLM applications

✅ Production experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows

✅ Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar frameworks

✅ Strong knowledge of document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search and reranking

✅ Strong backend development experience using Python, FastAPI, Flask or Django

✅ Experience with REST APIs, async processing and system design

✅ Cloud experience with Azure, AWS or GCP

✅ Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, security and code review

✅ Strong communication skills

Good to have

• Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code or Aider

• Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or other enterprise platforms

• Exposure to MLOps, LLM evaluation, fine-tuning and enterprise identity systems
