Senior AI/ML Engineer

Edison Smart is proud to partner with a fast-growing UAE based fintech blending innovation with strong ethical principles who is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead design and deployment of AI/ML models across their product suite (financial services, PFM, SME, travel, wealth).

You'll:

• Own end-to-end LLM systems in production
• Build data pipelines for real-time analytics, personalization, and fraud detection
• Partner with product, engineering, and compliance on AI-driven solutions
• Mentor junior engineers

You have:

• 5+ years' experience, with concrete hands-on work in LLMs and agentic frameworks
• Strong Python experience
• Data/feature engineering and model optimization background
• Cloud AI infra experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Fintech, banking, or Big Tech experience highly regarded

Successful and suitable candidates outside of the UAE will be relocated for the position.
