Program Leader – Data & AI:


The Program Leader – Data & AI will lead the end-to-end Data and AI transformation agenda across business and technology domains. The role is responsible for defining and executing the Data & AI roadmap, scaling AI adoption, driving business value realization, establishing governance, and leading global multidisciplinary teams delivering enterprise data platforms, AI products, GenAI solutions, AI agents, and advanced analytics capabilities. The role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, architects, AI engineering teams, and executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership Define and execute the enterprise Data & AI strategy aligned with business objectives.

Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for Data, Analytics, GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-enabled business transformation.

Drive prioritization of AI use cases linked to measurable business outcomes and value realization. Program Governance & Delivery Lead large-scale Data & AI programs across multiple business units and geographies.

Establish program governance, risk management, financial management, and executive reporting. Ensure successful delivery of data platforms, AI products, AI agents, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled process transformations.

Data Platform & AI Enablement Oversee modernization of enterprise data platforms, cloud data ecosystems, data quality, and governed data pipelines.

Drive development and industrialization of AI capabilities including LLMOps, RAG solutions, AI agents, prompt management, and reusable AI assets.

Ensure scalable and secure deployment of AI solutions across the enterprise. Business Value Realization Partner with business leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize high-value Data & AI opportunities.

Define success metrics, KPIs, adoption targets, and value realization frameworks. Drive productivity, operational excellence, automation, and business process optimization through AI.

AI Governance & Responsible AI Establish Responsible AI frameworks, governance controls, compliance processes, and model lifecycle management.

Ensure alignment with enterprise security, privacy, auditability, explainability, and ethical AI requirements. Manage AI risk assessments and compliance activities.

Stakeholder & Executive Management Act as trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders.

Present program status, investment cases, business outcomes, and transformation progress to executive steering committees.

Manage internal and external stakeholders, strategic partners, and delivery organizations. Talent & Organizational Development Build high-performing global Data & AI teams.

Develop AI capability-building, upskilling, and change management programs. Foster innovation culture and adoption of emerging AI technologies.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related discipline.

15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology programs.

5+ years leading enterprise-scale Data & AI initiatives. Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs and globe
