Regardless of age, role, or position, members proactively make proposals and decisions.

In May 2025, they announced a significant funding round in their pre-Series C, with investments from Sony Group and Bandai Namco Holdings. They've also welcomed various publishers and entertainment-related companies as new shareholders, strengthening their collaboration with IP holders. The company is tackling the construction of the next social infrastructure by implementing cutting-edge technologies like blockchain and generative AI in the entertainment sector, an area in which Japan excels.

The company's fan community platform works with entertainment companies (IP holders) to provide features and systems that strengthen fan connections and activities through official, exclusive content. To maximize fan engagement, the product integrates a wide array of functions, including posting, commenting, gaming, and an online store.

■About the Position
The SRE team currently consists of three members. As the company enters a phase of launching multiple new products in addition to its existing ones, they are focused on integrating reliability directly into the design from the initial development stage for each product.
In this role, you will be responsible for building the technical infrastructure that simultaneously ensures reliability, scalability, and development efficiency. You will also work with development teams to establish the necessary cultural and organizational mechanisms.
The company's SRE function is highly challenging, going beyond routine infrastructure operations to include initiatives such as:
・Enhancing Observability across multiple products.
・Implementing private clusters using Tailscale.
・Creating dashboards and monitoring infrastructure for FinOps (Financial Operations).
・Investing in AI SRE.
This position allows you to lead the engineering that maximizes team productivity and speed while supporting the stable delivery of services.
【Responsibilities】
- Building and operating the infrastructure that guarantees system reliability and scalability.
- Establishing and strengthening system observability using tools such as OpenTelemetry.
- Conducting capacity planning in line with business expansion.
- Driving initiatives to improve system performance and reliability based on SLI/SLO (Service Level Indicator/Objective) design.
- Reducing toil and increasing automation.

Required
- Experience designing, building, and operating infrastructure in cloud environments (especially GCP or AWS)
- Experience developing and operating products or tools using Go
- Ability to propose and approach system challenges from a comprehensive perspective spanning application to infrastructure layers while communicating with the development team

- Able to investigate and resolve issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and other data to identify root causes across the entire system
- Proactively tracks relevant technology trends and implements them based on current development challenges and circumstances
- Experience operating automated environments using tools based on CI/CD and IaC principles
Preferred
- Deep knowledge and operational experience with Kubernetes
- Deep knowledge of Cloud Native technologies
- Deep knowledge and operational experience with Spanner
- Experience designing and implementing observability improvements (tracing, metrics, logging)
- Experience designing SLOs/SLAs and managing error budgets
- Operational experience with AI SRE
