【Cloud Engineer】

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining, improving, and evolving large-scale private and hybrid cloud environments that support critical business applications. In addition to day-to-day operations and platform support, you will lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, enhance observability capabilities, and contribute to the design and development of cloud platform services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support large-scale private cloud infrastructure and platform services.

• Design, implement, and improve cloud platform components and operational processes.

• Lead infrastructure modernization and observability initiatives.

• Develop automation tools and operational improvements using scripting and modern engineering practices.

• Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple regions and functions.

• Participate in infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, and cloud strategy initiatives.

• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience managing and supporting large-scale cloud or infrastructure platforms.

• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, virtualization, and operating system fundamentals.

• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or similar.

• Knowledge of enterprise storage technologies, backup solutions, and high-availability architectures.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience driving automation and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Plus if you have:

• Experience with cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and infrastructure orchestration tools.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of container platforms and modern cloud-native technologies.

• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.

• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and operational best practices.

• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers.
