ABOUT THE ROL

EWe are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our DevOps team and drive infrastructure strategy across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, able to mentor engineers, manage stakeholders, and plan large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to delivery

Main mission

• s:Lead, mentor, and manage the DevOps engineering team, setting technical direction, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvemen
• t.Plan, design, and oversee large-scale infrastructure projects spanning cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premises environments, from initial scoping and architecture through to delivery and operation
• s.Define and implement infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business goals, including capacity planning, cost optimisation, and disaster recovery strategie
• s.Architect, manage, and maintain production and non-production Kubernetes clusters using Rancher at enterprise scal
• e.Design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for C#/.NET, Flutter, Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus) and other application stack
• s.Create, maintain, and govern Helm Charts and deployment standards for Kubernetes applications across all environment
• s.Oversee and govern release cycles across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production, ensuring stability and complianc
• e.Lead the implementation of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure high system availabilit
• y.Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and best practices using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools across the organisatio
• n.Collaborate with senior leadership, architects, and development teams to align infrastructure decisions with product and business strateg
