[AVP] Mobility Platform Infra Engineer

Who we are

We are responsible for development, operation, and management of a Shucle platform, a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solution utilizing smart technology.

We handle all aspects of planning, development, data analysis, service operations, and business development for the community-based demand-responsive transportation service, and we work directly on these tasks to ensure agility and focus on both customers and service enhancement.

Our goal is to create a service that embodies the abstract concept of MaaS, enabling everyone to move freely in their daily lives.

• Shucle (https://www.shucle.com) was introduced in 2020 as South Korea's first urban demand-responsive transportation service utilizing AI technology. Since then, it has become the number one community mobility service platform with the largest user base and operational records.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure that serves as the foundation of our services, continuously maintaining and improving a stable and secure infrastructure environment that enables the team to focus on product growth.

■ Cloud Infrastructure Design and Operation

• Designing cloud infrastructure optimized to service requirements
• Stable operations through troubleshooting and operational improvement
• Designing and operating high-availability architecture for failure prevention, detection, and recovery

■ Infrastructure Automation and Monitoring

• Establishing an infrastructure management framework based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and environment standardization
• Establishing monitoring and log analysis systems across the infrastructure, detecting anomalies and incident response

■ Security and Compliance

• Designing access control and data protection policies in cloud environments
• Support for security certification assessments and operation of ongoing security review processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of platform engineering experience
• Those who have extensive knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Datadog, etc.) and can support the organization in establishing and operating appropriate systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Experience in operating public cloud and government cloud environments
• Experience in designing, operating, and supporting audits under security and privacy compliance frameworks such as CSAP and ISMS-P
• Experience in managing infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, Scala, Kotlin, or Java
