DevOps Engineer

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure preferred).
• Experience managing on-premise and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Proficient with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of network security, IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and security practices.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CEH, AWS Security Specialty) are a strong plus.
• Experience with incident response and working in regulated or enterprise environments is a bonus.

Job Description

• Design, build, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS and Azure).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency across systems.
• Implement and maintain security controls across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Monitor infrastructure for threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents; respond with appropriate action plans.
• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Support internal and external audits and help maintain compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to align infrastructure and security with business goals.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers, fostering a strong culture of security and reliability.
