Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD automation, production support, monitoring, and scripting. The role involves managing end-to-end deployment pipelines, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring system reliability through robust monitoring and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo and GitHub Actions

· Manage and support production deployments and rollbacks (Blue-Green, Big Bang strategies)

· Handle incidents, Xmatters s, and techlines, ensuring timely resolution

· Troubleshoot production issues and fix bugs in live environments

· Monitor system performance and availability using Splunk

· Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Shell scripting

· Support Linux and Windows system activities including database operations

· Ensure SLA adherence and participate in incident management and Jira stories

· Collaborate with teams and maintain DevOps operational workflows
