About the Role

Uber for Business (U4B) is looking for a GTM Strategy Lead, also known as a Sales Operations Lead,to drive some of our highest-impact strategic initiatives across Sales and Revenue Operations. This role sits within the RevOps organization and focuses on two critical areas: leading the commercial integration of acquired businesses into U4B and shaping the go-to-market strategy for emerging growth opportunities.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can align diverse stakeholders around a common vision, and enjoys turning complex business challenges into scalable operating models. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, RevOps, Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Business Development to ensure new businesses and growth bets are successfully brought to market.

What You'll Do

  • Drive end-to-end commercial integration strategies for acquisitions, ensuring seamless onboarding into U4B's Sales and Revenue Operations ecosystem.
  • Orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives across Sales, RevOps, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Corporate Development to drive execution against key milestones.
  • Design and operationalize scalable GTM models for new products, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop commercial operating models, sales processes, forecasting approaches, territory strategies, and operational workflows that enable successful launches.
  • Identify operational gaps and opportunities, recommending process improvements that enhance sales productivity and customer experience.
  • Drive alignment by translating complex initiatives into clear decisions, priorities, and action plans.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor execution, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Management
  • Consulting, Corporate Development or a related field. Experience leading commercial or operational integrations following mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic business transactions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience partnering with Corporate Development or M&A teams on post-close integration planning and execution.
  • Track record of defining and executing GTM strategies for new products, markets, or business models.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, sales process design, and RevOps best practices.
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Sales experience is an asset.

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD $123,000 per year - CAD $137,000 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
