What you'll do

• Own the execution of specific program workstreams, from defining requirements with stakeholders to ensuring successful delivery and rollout.
• Maintain detailed program plans, ensuring that milestones are met and that all operational documentation is kept up to date.
• Identify and track cross-functional dependencies, proactively flagging potential risks to program timelines.
• Help design and implement program workflows that improve the efficiency of team operations and organizational reliability.
• Champion established standards and program management best practices within your assigned workstreams.
• Use data to monitor program health, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks and improve team workflows using modern program management tooling.

• 2+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or a related operational role.
• Proven ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
• Foundational understanding of the program lifecycle and the ability to organize complex requirements into structured plans.
• Experience using program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or equivalent) to track progress and report metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to project stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain organization across multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in driving efficiencies through process definition, documentation, and runbooks.
• A proactive mindset: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle hands-on operational challenges.
