DevOps Engineer

The Role

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our infrastructure, security, and internal IT. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll design, build, and operate our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation. You'll work closely with the engineering team to ensure our platform is secure, scalable, and reliable while driving DevOps best practices across the company.

What You’ll Do

DevOps & Infrastructure (Primary Responsibility )

• Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Design, implement, and maintain deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Manage Pulumi-based infrastructure and Helm charts for service orchestration.
• Operate and maintain ArgoCD, Ingress, and NGINX in production environments.
• Collaborate with backend engineers (Node.js stack) to ensure reliable, secure deployments.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting infrastructure (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).

Security & Compliance

• Lead and manage security posture across infrastructure and SaaS tooling.
• Handle security questionnaires and collaborate with stakeholders on compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Oversee access control, secure networking, and incident response planning.
• Own and document secure configurations and internal policies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in startup environments.
• Deep expertise with Pulumi, Helm, GCP, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Ingress/NGINX.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Node.js-based backend environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security best practices, and Linux systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with R&D teams.
• Comfortable navigating compliance and security documentation.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with infrastructure observability stacks.
• Experience supporting sales teams in security reviews.
• Passion for documentation, automation, and scalability.
