Staff Platform Engineer - Core-Platform

Overview

Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team based in the UK or Ireland. This position plays a critical role within the EMEA Platform Engineering organisation, partnering closely with teams across the UK, Ireland, and United States to build and operate the platforms that power Fanatics Betting & Gaming’s global software ecosystem.

As a Staff Engineer, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, leading complex technical initiatives across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD systems, and internal developer tooling. You will influence platform architecture, define standards and best practices, and act as a force multiplier for engineering teams by improving reliability, scalability, and developer productivity
