In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Elicit and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for the team
• Participate in design meetings, create initial design concepts, and support the development of design sketches and models using established engineering tools and techniques
• Participate in iterative engineering design cycles, refine prototypes, and coordinate with teams to implement feedback effectively
• Develop and refine solution specifications and perform validation activities, including simulations, to ensure that engineering solutions meet design specifications and criteria
• Build and refine prototypes, incorporating testing results and feedback received from cross-functional team, to enhance functionality
• Undertake technical integration efforts, ensure system functionality, identify and resolve interoperability issues
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and assist in organizing knowledge-sharing sessions among team members

"Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including Reusable Workflows (workflow_call) and Composite Actions for modular, scalable, and standardized automation across repositories.

Develop and maintain Jenkins Shared Libraries to standardize and reuse pipeline components across teams

Drive GitOps-based deployments using ArgoCD

Implement DevSecOps practices across SDLC (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management)

advanced deployment strategies:Blue-Green,Canary,Rolling deployments

Implement automated rollback and failover mechanisms

Manage and optimize deployments on AWS and GCP environments

ALM tool: Jira

Preferred Skill And Experience

"Experience with Harness for modern CI/CD, continuous delivery, and advanced deployment orchestration.

manage monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana

APM tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics – optional)

Leverage AI-driven tools for anomaly detection, RCA, and pipeline optimization

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
