Our trusted high-growth healthcare technology partner is seeking a talented DevOps Lead to join their dynamic team. This innovative company is dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry through cutting-edge technology solutions.

Position Overview

We're looking for a DevOps Lead to own our infrastructure, deployment pipeline, data pipeline, and the team that keeps it all running. You'll be the person who makes sure releases ship smoothly, our systems stay reliable and observable, our cloud spend stays under control, and your team is set up to succeed—while building and growing a strong DevOps and data engineering function.

What you'll own

You'll own the DevOps side of our software delivery pipeline end to end: maintaining our CI/CD and test infrastructure, packaging and scheduling releases, and driving production deployments to a clean, reliable finish. When things go sideways, you're the one coordinating the fix. You'll own our data pipeline—the systems that move and store data across the org—and the data engineering work that keeps it flowing. You'll own the team's incoming work: reviewing pull requests and handling requests from other teams like Sales and Marketing, then distributing those tasks across your team members. You'll also own our AWS bill: reviewing spend on a regular cadence, spotting waste, and driving cost efficiency across the org.

Leading the team

Beyond the tech, you'll build and lead the DevOps and data engineering function—hiring and onboarding new engineers, distributing work across the team, handling escalations, running performance reviews, and holding regular 1-on-1s to keep your people growing and unblocked.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in relevant technology roles
• At least 3 years in a similar DevOps lead or equivalent position
• Strong Linux knowledge
• Kubernetes expertise at CKA level
• Strong AWS knowledge
• Solid infrastructure-as-code knowledge
• Good working knowledge of at least one software development language
