- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with middle-market commercial clients, serving as their trusted insurance advisor.
- Develop and grow your book of business through prospecting, networking, and strategic renewals.
- Represent Arvor’s commitment to expertise, integrity, and relationship-driven brokerage in every client interaction.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and service teams to deliver seamless client experiences and high retention.
- Leverage Arvor’s proprietary AI tools to identify opportunities, streamline your workflows, and stay connected to clients wherever you work.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a commercial lines producer, primarily within the middle-market and/or large account space.
- Proven record of sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding new business and retention goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and sustain a profitable book of business through strategic prospecting and relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to articulate value and win trust with executive-level clients.
- Active, current P&C License (advanced designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM a plus).
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to win and the discipline to execute in a fast-paced environment.
