DevSecOps Architect

Hiring Alert | DevSecOps Technology Architect | Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Technology Architect to join our DevSecOps Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive enterprise-wide DevSecOps transformation with a strong focus on Agentic AI, Generative AI, Cloud, Security, and Platform Engineering.

Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai

Experience: 8 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the DevSecOps CoE strategy, standards, governance, and operating models.

Design and implement AI-driven DevSecOps architectures with autonomous pipeline orchestration and self-healing capabilities.

Architect secure CI/CD pipelines integrating SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, IaC scanning, and compliance automation.

Drive Platform Engineering initiatives using Harness, Backstage, GitOps, reusable blueprints, and golden pipelines.

Lead enterprise adoption of Agentic AI and Gen-AI use cases including intelligent code reviews, vulnerability prioritization, incident summarization, and remediation recommendations.

Collaborate with Security, Cloud, SRE, and Application teams to build secure, scalable, and resilient platforms.

Define DevSecOps maturity models, KPIs, governance frameworks, and automation strategies.

Enterprise-scale DevSecOps Architecture & Factory Model implementation

Source Code & CI/CD Migration Programs

Monolith-to-Microservices Transformation on Cloud & Kubernetes

Secure SDLC, Zero Trust, and Regulatory Compliance Frameworks

Experience integrating AI/Gen-AI into Engineering and Security workflows

Certifications (Preferred)
