The Opportunity – What You Will Build

As a Platform Developer at Avanti, you have a unique opportunity to design and build the very heart of our infrastructure. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the environments that power our software products, with a focus on world-class stability and high-performance execution.

You will join a specialized team exploring how to best run Unreal Engine in the cloud to enable massive live experiences. This is a role where your technical decisions directly shape our architecture and tool selection. You will have the freedom to influence how we automate and scale our global footprint.

In this role, AI-driven development is a natural part of your daily workflow. You will build a platform that doesn't just support our developers, but directly enables faster time-to-market and a superior experience for our global audience.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the company's cloud infrastructure in GCP to ensure 24/7 uptime and high performance.
• Build and automate robust CI/CD pipelines to support a seamless software development lifecycle.
• Ensure system stability through proactive troubleshooting and managing the platform's uptime for live operations.
• Implement and manage container solutions using Kubernetes to enable rapid scalability based on real-time demand.
• Provide technical support to internal development teams, acting as the vital bridge between software and infrastructure.
• Integrate and develop AI-driven tools and workflows to optimize the platform and development processes.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a problem-solver with experience in Infrastructure as code and thrives in scale-up environments. You are someone who understands that in a live environment, stability is just as important as innovation. You likely have a passion for complex systems and enjoy the challenge of building infrastructure that is both highly secure and capable of scaling with zero margin for error.

Your mindset is proactive and detail-oriented; you don’t wait for instructions but identify bottlenecks and take the initiative to fix them. You are a communicative team player who enjoys sharing technical insights with a team of like-minded specialists, ensuring that everyone is aligned toward the common goal.

Qualifications

• Proven DevOps Experience: Strong background in software/server-side development or infrastructure management and IAC.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Orchestration: Solid experience working with Kubernetes.
• Coding Skills: Proficiency in Golang, Proto, terraform or Python.
• CI/CD Mastery: Experience in building and performing large-scale automation and data validation via pipelines.
• Language: Professional fluency in English.

It is a Plus if You Have

• Interest with AI infrastructure and hardware acceleration (e.g., NVIDIA).
• Knowledge of global video distribution or real-time streaming protocols.
• Background in iGaming or live-regulated interactive systems.
• Experience with server security and data integrity in "validation-heavy" environments.
