- Implement, maintain system architecture, infrastructure and DevOps environments that enable continuous delivery
- Implement non-technical and technical DevOps practices include o Non-technical: early collaboration and involvement, new features review, shared on-call responsibilities, postmortems o Technical or release engineering: continuous and automated building, packaging, testing, deploying, integrating, provisioning, administrating
- Automate everything that is possible, such as build and deployment processes on AWS, proprietary Cloud hosting environments. And keep everything in source control
- Support project team in troubleshooting problems in various environments.
- Maintain and improve practices of branching, code merge, version, etc
- Create documents where it is applicable
- Solid knowledge of best practices, processes and tools required to support successful DevOps
- Understanding and practical working knowledge of Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Nexus, VMware, Web Servers, App Servers etc.
- Experience with Containerization, orchestration and Kubernetes (refer)
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix systems administration and architecture.
- Experience with automating application deployment and environment configuration management
- Good Database concepts and experience in messaging middleware.
- Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, client-services, environments
- Experience working along the boundary between development and operations
- Quick learner, willing to go extra
- Able to work under high pressure
- Agile and iterative development best practices
- 2 years working with DevOps
- Rich DevOps skills across SCM, Build and Release, Continuous Integration tools and frameworks
- Mandatory Skills (must have): DevOps, AWS, Unix/Linux, Windows, Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, JBoss or WebSphere or WebLogic, Dockerization/Containerization, Kubernetes
- Required Skills (good to have): SVN, ANT, MVN, Sonar, Python, Relational & NoSQL data tores Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, specialized in Information Technology
- Have TOEIC or IELTS certificate (INT level in English with strong communication and teaming skills)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- DevOps related certificates and equivalents
