Salary Range: $33,000–$52,000 MXN gross per month

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid DevOps Engineer to support, maintain, and improve cloud-based infrastructure and services within our client’s ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), strong Linux or Windows systems administration skills, and experience working with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure system reliability, performance, security, and scalability while contributing to automation initiatives and adopting an AI-first mindset to improve operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure environments.
• Support and troubleshoot cloud services such as compute, networking, storage, and security components.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems (or Windows Server environments for Azure workloads).
• Manage and support AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, networking components, and WAF.
• Support Azure infrastructure components such as storage, networking, gateways, and Active Directory.
• Work with containerized workloads and application hosting platforms such as Azure App Services or container services.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Ansible.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux systems administration skills (Windows Server experience is a plus).
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure environments.
• Hands-on experience with networking, security layers, and cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Basic experience managing cloud databases such as Aurora MySQL, SQL Managed Instances, or similar.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python or PowerShell preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• English level: C1+ (advanced, professional communication required)
