- Lead customer onboarding and technical enablement for Cloud Observability services across multi-cloud environments.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable telemetry and observability integrations across logs, metrics, and traces.
- Translate customer and business requirements into robust, cloud-native observability solutions.
- Implement and support telemetry pipelines for ingestion, transformation, enrichment, filtering, and routing of observability data.
- Work with tools such as OpenTelemetry, Logstash, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch to ensure reliable data flow and observability coverage.
- Validate end-to-end telemetry routing, data quality, and pipeline correctness across environments.
- Support go-live readiness activities, including dry runs, operational readiness checks, and post-deployment validation.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide production support for Cloud Observability services.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems, including ingestion failures, missing telemetry, and pipeline degradation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, and Operations teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and integration guides.
- Manage requests and delivery tasks using ServiceNow and Jira.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of observability platforms and adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab, pull requests, branching strategies).
- Experience working with observability platforms such as OpenSearch or Elasticsearch (indexing, queries, dashboards, ingestion pipelines).
- Solid understanding of telemetry concepts: logs, metrics, traces, and OpenTelemetry principles.
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes (parsing, transformation, enrichment, filtering, routing).
- Experience debugging distributed systems and troubleshooting production issues.
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of multi-tenant or large-scale enterprise observability systems.
- Strong technical documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities.
- Experience in SAP or large enterprise cloud environments.
Additional Technical Requirements:
- Observability pipelines: Hands-on experience designing and maintaining log/metric/trace ingestion pipelines.
- Data processing: Strong understanding of transformation, enrichment, normalization, and validation of telemetry data.
- System troubleshooting: Ability to trace issues across distributed systems and identify root causes in ingestion or routing layers.
- Kubernetes-based deployment models for observability services.
- Familiarity with high-volume telemetry systems and performance considerations.
