DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help drive the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud‑native platform. If you thrive in automation‑focused environments and enjoy solving complex operational challenges, this role will suit you well.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of a large‑scale platform using modern DevOps and SRE practices
• Build and maintain automation for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and incident response
• Implement and enhance observability across metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
• Manage and resolve major incidents and service requests according to defined SLAs
• Collaborate with platform engineering teams to streamline operational processes and support continuous delivery
• Optimize infrastructure for dynamic workloads and high availability
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and provide 24/7/365 support for critical P1/P2 issues
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices

Technical Skills

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure, Kubernetes, Helm
• Automation & GitOps: Terraform / OpenTofu, ArgoCD
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, AlertManager, Thanos
• Security & Compliance: Trivy, Falco, Kyverno
• CI/CD & Version Control: GitHub, GitHub Actions
• Incident & Service Management: Jira ServiceDesk, SC3
• Nice to Have: OpenTelemetry, KEDA, Calico/Cilium

Ways of Working

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in distributed teams
• Comfortable working independently with low supervision and driving issues to resolution
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• English (required)
