Is this you?You're a hunter who knows the APAC market from the inside. You've built pipeline and closed deals across the region not just in one market, but across the diversity of cultures, buyer behaviours, and business dynamics that APAC demands. You open doors through relationships, not just persistence, and you understand that trust is built differently in China than in India or Singapore.
What you'll work on
You'll own new business development across the APAC region as an individual contributor with a defined revenue target. You'll partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success feeding field intelligence back in and drawing on their support to win and land accounts across the region. New business development Demonstrable enterprise B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and closing high-value deals. You generate your own pipeline through networking, events, and direct outreach, and you convert inbound leads efficiently. You're energised by the hunt new logos, new relationships, new markets. APAC market expertise You've operated across the APAC region and understand how business gets done in different markets the relationship dynamics, the decision-making structures, the pace, and the nuance. You have existing connections you can activate quickly. Language English is essential. Fluency in one or more regional languages — Mandarin ideally or similar language skills is a significant advantage and will be prioritised for markets where local-language relationships are key to winning business. Consultative selling You ask the right questions, understand the client's actual problem, and position solutions around genuine business value. You negotiate confidently and handle objections without defaulting to discount. Domain & digital industry knowledge Familiarity with the domain industry its players, dynamics, and customer needs across the APAC region specifically — will accelerate your impact. Existing relationships in the space are a real differentiator. Pipeline discipline You run a clean, honest pipeline with reliable forecasting. You use CRM as a working tool, not an afterthought, and your stakeholders can trust your numbers. Communication Excellent written and spoken English, plus regional language capability where relevant. You communicate clearly with senior client stakeholders, write well, and give marketing and product teams specific, useful feedback from the field. Mindset Curious, creative, and self-starting. You ask "how can we?" instinctively. You're comfortable in ambiguity, energised by industry events, and motivated by the challenge of building something not just maintaining it.What's in it for you?
