Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Technical Engineer (Sitecore) to lead the technical implementation and support of an enterprise Sitecore-based CMS. As the primary technical counterpart to the CMS vendor and implementation partners, the role ensures delivered solutions meet business requirements, architecture standards, security principles, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation and support of an enterprise Sitecore platform (XM / XP / XM Cloud) from design through go-live.

• Act as primary technical counterpart to the CMS vendor and implementation partners, reviewing designs and deliverables.

• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, architecture standards, security principles, and scalability objectives.

• Define and oversee the content migration strategy, including multilingual and multisite implementation.

• Design and validate Sitecore hosting architecture across Azure PaaS, containers, and XM Cloud.

• Oversee integrations with CRM, DAM, CDP, marketing automation, SSO, and enterprise APIs.

• Drive performance, caching, and publishing optimisation for long-term platform maintainability.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on Sitecore development: .NET, headless, JSS, and Next.js.

• Proven Sitecore XM / XP / XM Cloud implementation at enterprise scale.

• Sitecore hosting architecture expertise: Azure PaaS, containers, XM Cloud.

• Completed enterprise CMS transformation projects, including content migration strategy creation.

• Multilingual and multisite implementation experience.

• Integrations across CRM, DAM, CDP, marketing automation, SSO, and APIs; strong grasp of CMS performance, caching, and publishing optimisation.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years in Sitecore / enterprise CMS engineering with senior technical or lead exposure.

• Reviews and challenges vendor deliverables with confidence and clear technical reasoning.

• Communicates architecture, security, and quality standards as actionable guidance for delivery teams.

• Self-directed and delivery-focused in a client-facing onsite environment.
