- Drive Development Across the Stack: Work hands-on with our monorepo, including Python, Go, TypeScript, and possibly more, addressing needs from backend logic to frontend development.
- Own Your Code: Take responsibility from ideation through planning, development, QA, and support, ensuring seamless integration and quality outcomes.
- Enhance Automation and Integration: Automate hyperscaler account creation and lifecycle management, integrating this data seamlessly across various teams within our large enterprise.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to and maintain the health of our CI/CD processes and overall codebase, ensuring efficient production deployments.
- Adapt and Prioritize: Engage in weekly mini-sprints and agile practices to adjust to changing requirements and priorities, consistently delivering value to the business.
- Programming and Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in at least one core programming language (Go, Python, or Typescript) and familiarity with cloud APIs and environments.
- Agile Experience: Solid background in agile methodologies, thriving in an environment that values flexibility and frequent updates.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a knack for understanding and improving complex systems.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach, ready to work closely with diverse teams across the enterprise.
- High Standards: Holding yourself and others to high standards when working with production systems.
- English Fluency: Proficient in written and spoken English.
