Worklinq is a leading provider of Workforce Management solutions, with our software being used by more than 300,000 employees across some of Europe’s most well-known Enterprises. We are currently looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dedicated, international DevOps team. As a DevOps Engineer you will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and scaling our modern cloud setup, helping us take our platform and out processes to the next level.
What you bring
We are looking for a pragmatic, and solution-oriented team player with an agile "can-do" attitude and enterprise-grade experience. You will become part of a highly skilled team valuing collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Strongly preferred qualifications:
- Solid experience with Kubernetes management, security and optimization
- Infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Microsoft Azure platform and Azure DevOps
- Solid Git knowledge, ideally with experience in the GitHub ecosystem
- CI/CD, Jenkins, GitOps and Argo CD
- Monitoring, metrics and observability on Azure and Kubernetes
- Highly structured approach to processes, automation and documentation
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizations
- Fluency in English, spoken and in writing
Preferred & nice-to-have qualifications:
- Build engineering experience, including pipeline design and release management
- Strong Linux knowledge and experience
- Experience with Progress OpenEdge
- Experience with FinOps, reservations and cost management on MS Azure
- Experience with strengthening and optimizing DevOps work using AI tools
