THE WORK

Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Level 2 DevSecOps Engineer with a Secret clearance to work from our Colorado Springs, CO location.

This position is contingent upon the program award expected June, 2026.

As DevSecOps Engineer, Sr. You Will

  • Perform technical planning, design, development, and integration for total system life cycle.
  • Develop, test, and install mission updates for operational and test systems.
  • Design, develop, document, test, & debug software.
  • Develop, test, and install mission critical patches for operational and test systems.
  • Deploy software/hardware deliveries, supports special projects, and offer an assistance to operational crews and contractor teams to resolve system issues.
  • Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development & analyze system capabilities to resolve program problems.
  • Validate incorporation of features & use cases into implemented designs.

This is an EMERGING PROFESSIONAL (level 2) role where candidates typically require a minimum of 1+ years of professional experience and a BS degree.

  • Experience with crypto devices (KG-175 or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members
