Years of Experience – 7 years and above

Location – Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Skills Summary

• Hands-on experience with web development in any of the following programming languages: Java, .Net, Python, Go, C#, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience in any of the following JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React, Vue.js and NodeJS
• Experience with back-end development and microservices implementation and containerization using Docker.
• Expertise in relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
• Expertise in NoSQL DB such as MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc.
• At least 3 Yrs. Experience with any of the cloud providers such as Amazon Web

Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, N tier Architecture (MVC), an ORM (Object

Relational Mapping).

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices.
• Experience in leading the Agile-based delivery team.
• Certification in AWS or Azure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage a delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with various teams including business, sales, and marketing to define requirements, interfaces, implementation approaches and scalable and reusable solutions.
• Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as design review, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
• Hands-on problem solver and lead from the front in continuously exploring new technology platforms.
• Ensure adoption of best-in-class quality assurance techniques to deliver very high-quality software solutions.
• Attract and retain diverse and highly skilled engineering talent with optimal utilization to maximize outputs.
• Assemble and present technology delivery pitches to senior technical and non- technical audiences.
• Support presales and solutions teams on pursuits to bring in new business.
• Work in a mutually interdependent structure spanning across business,

technology and other functions helping unblock teams and resolve issues.

• Work closely with the client engagement partner, to improve client relationships.
• Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, mentoring, coaching,

and educational opportunities.

• Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations and client communication.
