We're seeking a talented and eager Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, someone extremely detail-oriented and passionate about the quality and reliability of applications.
As part of our team, you'll be entrusted with the meticulous task of leading the design and implementation of tests, debugging, and defining corrective measures. In essence, you'll be our fail-safe to ensure all projects are developed successfully and work seamlessly.
Job functions
- Create risk-based test strategies tailored to different projects, timelines, and client expectations.
- Outline test cases during the sprint planning process.
- Identify potential automated test cases.
- Vet incoming client and application monitoring tickets.
- Regression testing plan development and execution.
- Independently perform manual testing, test organization, test execution, and reporting.
- Participate in design handoff review with the development team.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g. clients, developers, and product managers) to identify and understand requirements.
- Ensure that all planned activities are implemented, executed, and completed in accordance with the planned timeline.
- Improve overall testing process and testing coverage.
- Troubleshoot directly with clients to help reproduce the issue.
- Lead and mentor team members on the QA process.
